Introducing
I Belong Fully To Myself
2022 is the year to make you your greatest project! This year many women reached burnout and had to find themselves again. The pandemic encouraged us to re-evaluate what productivity means. That rest is just as productive as working hard, that creating boundaries is important for your growth, that reflecting and journaling is productive, that being healthy and giving your body your best is important to move to the next level.
The previous Series, The Harvest Doesn't Look Like the Seed was about planting and putting the seeds out there, this series is about self-preservation, working on yourself, and trusting those seeds will manifest as you become a better you.
Planner Purpose
This year' planner is designed in 4 areas:
Living, Working, Resting and Reflecting
1. LIVE IN FULL BLOOM
How we live matters, and if this pandemic has taught us anything, it's to be intentional in all we do. This planner is designed to help you schedule your days in a way that will bring more clarity and joy in your life.
2. WORK ON PURPOSE
Work takes up a large portion of our lives, being intentional about our work can help us be more mindful of the impact it has on us and the people around us.
3. REST WELL
Let's prioritise rest in our lives. Constantly grinding and not prioritising rest will hinder our health and progress. Take a moment to pause, feel yourself again, plug out if you need to and set boundaries with your health.
4. REFLECT & EDIT
You will grow during the year and are allowed to change your thoughts, routine and ways of working. The planner is designed to offer you moments of reflection as we understand that you are continuously editing your life.
